What is Orgasmic Meditation (OM) ?
Orgasmic meditation is a mindfulness practice that is performed by two people (M/F, F/F). For 15 minutes (timer on!), one of the two people will stimulate the clitoris of the other person. With no other purpose than to pay attention to the body and genital sensations.
The OM protocol is always the same, which allows replicability. The OM begins by knowing exactly how the 11 steps work. In this way, the duo can let themselves go into the sensations (centre of vigilance off) and be in the present moment of the experience. The OM always ends with a sharing of a feeling felt during practice. Thus, it helps to put words on the perceived body sensations and to express them to your partner.
The OM allows an awareness of the body and genital sensations. Thus, it facilitates the learning of pleasure, a re-appropriation of one’s body and a better quality communication with one’s partner.
As a Orgasmic Meditation Coach, I love to work with couple. I find OM a great tool for bringing the relationship to the next level.
