Erogenous zone

An erogenous zone is a particularly sensitive part of the body whose stimulation can awaken pleasure or arousal. A distinction is often made between so-called primary zones, rich in nerve endings such as the clitoris, the glans, or the nipples, and secondary zones such as the nape of the neck, the small of the back, the inner thighs, or the ears. The map of erogenous zones is unique to each person and can change over time. Exploring it, alone or with a partner, without limiting yourself to the genitals, often opens up new sensations and deepens intimacy.
