Coverage depends entirely on your policy. The only way to be sure is to ask your insurer whether an allowance applies to sexology or sex therapy consultations.
Belgium
In Belgium, partial coverage is sometimes provided by the mutual funds, depending on your status and on the practitioner’s profile (for example, their affiliation with a recognised professional association). Several mutual funds offer a per-session allowance capped over the year. Here too, the amount and conditions vary: check directly with your mutual fund.
Switzerland
In Switzerland, basic insurance (LAMal) generally does not cover this type of consultation. Reimbursement may nonetheless be possible through complementary insurance, according to the terms of your policy. Quebec
In Quebec, the practice often works on the principle of a receipt issued after the session, which you then submit to your private insurer. Before the first session

After the session
